FRIO Ankleband body coolers work by cooling the area where blood flows closest to the surface. The colors match the wristbands and Headbands. The ankle bands uses Velcro® adjustable fasteners and come in 3 sizes, Small (7-1/2 to 9"), Medium (9-1/2 to 11") and Large (11-1/2 to 13").

To measure your size, wrap a belt or string around your ankle at the widest spot, mark the place the end touches, and then measure the length of the string or belt. Choose the appropriate size corresponding above.
